Refund and Returns Policy

At Ashiyanaa, we take immense pride in our “Modern Heritage” craftsmanship. Since our collections—including the Taupe Elegance and Lawn series consist of delicate, high-thread-count unstitched fabric, we maintain a strict policy to ensure every customer receives a pristine, untouched masterpiece.

1. Exchange Policy (No Cash Refunds)

  • Exchange Only: We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only entertained if the product received is technically faulty or different from what was ordered.
  • Timeframe: Any claim for exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Condition of Goods

  • Unstitched Integrity: Items must be in their original, unstitched condition.
  • Packaging: The suit must be returned in its original Ashiyanaa packaging with all tags and 4-side corner embroidered dupatta elements intact.
  • Alterations: Any fabric that has been cut, washed, or stitched will not be accepted for exchange.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during “Limited Edition” sales or clearance events are final and cannot be exchanged.
  • Festive Wear: Due to the delicate nature of Chiffon and Organza, festive pieces undergo a triple-quality check and are generally non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

4. The Exchange Process

  1. Notification: Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and clear photos of the defect.
  2. Evaluation: Our quality assurance team will review the claim within 48 hours.
  3. Logistics: Once approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our Lahore studio.
  4. Replacement: After the “Artisanal Finish” check, a replacement or a store credit voucher will be issued.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order before it is processed by our logistics team.
  • After Dispatch: Once the “Unstitched Lawn” has left our warehouse, the standard exchange policy applies.
